Return Process

Once you have received your replacement material, please return the original parts removed from your system to Hewlett Packard within 5 days of receiving your parts. Hewlett Packard has included a prepaid shipping label with your order. This prepaid shipping label should be used when returning the original material to HP.
Return Instructions:

  • Remove the replacement material from the shipping carton.
  • Retain all packaging and documents included in the box, as you will need this to package the returning parts. Each shipment will have a Prepaid Shipping Label included in the box. Please use this label to ensure the proper return shipment to HP.

It is very important that your shipment be safely packed for return shipping. (Please return each adapter card in the plastic clamshell protective packaging.)

  • Return the original material in the same packaging that your replacement parts were shipped.
  • Use packing/shipping tape to close the box.
  • Affix the Prepaid Shipping Label to the shipping box that is being returned.
  • Call the local carrier that delivered your replacement material to schedule a pick up.   

To ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of the order, please expedite the return of the affected parts.
