Instructions

Perform the following steps to identify NC364T Adapters that require replacement.

A: Download the Adapter Identification Utilities: Click on the “Adapter Identification Utilities” link in the left task bar.

1. When the Adapter Identification Utilities page appears, click the link for the appropriate utility for your Operating System.
2. Download the utility and follow the instructions bundled with the software.
3. Return to this website and perform the steps below when you are ready to order replacement adapters.

B: Order replacement adapters:

1. Click on the “Place Order” link in the left task bar.
2. Enter the Requestor, and Customer information. Click on the “Continue” button to proceed. Note: Only one Ship To address can be entered per order.
3. The next page will display your contact/shipping information.  Click on the “Continue” button to proceed or the “Back” button to make corrections.
4. Please enter the ‘MAC addresses’ in the space(s) provided. Click on the “Verify” button.
5. The next page will list the MAC addresses that are eligible for replacement. If any of the MAC addresses you entered on the previous page are not eligible for replacement they will be listed as "Ineligible for Replacement". If you feel this is in error, click on Contact us and send an email with your concerns. You will be contacted by an HP Escalation Manager.
6. Validate the information and click on the “Continue to place order” button to process your order.
7. Your confirmation information will now be displayed. We recommend that you copy or print this document for your records. You can also click on the “Place Another Order Now” if you need to place additional orders.
